Adding a dedicated sign-up form to your website can be the easiest way to collect the required Express Written Consent from your customers. makes it simple to embed a form on your website. To do this navigate to the “Apps” module in your platform.

Click “Web-Signup” and the click the “Add New” button in the top right. You should see a page like this:

Choose a webform name to display (this WILL be visible on your site, so choose something that makes sense for your customers). For this tutorial, we will be using the name “Test Webform.”

Next, select a list for signups to be added to. We will be using the “Test” list.

Enter your company name that you would like to be displayed on the form:

Then, choose which fields will be shown on the form:

And finally, choose where to display the form. We recommend using “Show on page.”

Click the Save button.

You will be taken back to the list of forms, and see something like this:

Click the “Get Code” button, and an embed code popup will appear (the code will be slightly different for each form you make) that looks like this:

Copy this code and paste it into your website builder. If you are using wordpress, add an HTML block where you would like the code to be, and paste the above code there. It should look something like this:
